"Gaurav started as a typical Engineer MBA, working at an IT MNC, toiling towards acquiring that holy grail for all IT guys – a US posting. But there occurred a “plot twist”, so to say, and he found himself landed & stranded in the big bad Bay. The passion for storytelling led to a stint in theatre, which lasted for over four years, where a lot of creative learning & unlearning happened. After directing & producing a few short films, he worked as a creative director in television briefly. Gaurav has been part of the Yoodlee Films initiative at Saregama since its inception. He has creative produced 15 films in the last 4 years and written the story & dialogues for 2 Netflix original films “Brij Mohan amar rahe” and “Music Teacher” respectively. He has been leading a team of young writers and readers at Yoodlee, which has collectively read & analysed more than 1500 scripts."
